The situation in our daily life involved the process of information life cycle :
creation and receipt: take note during study. Distribution: listening and save in the pen drive. Use: use all the memories during a quiz or a test. maintainance: seperate the important and non-important information. Disposition: the non-important information was disposed.
CREATION AND RECEIPT: Doing research and collect all the information about the paper company supplier. Analyse the supplier that give the best quality and reasonable price. Buy the paper from the company that we have chosen.
DISTRIBUTION: As a supplier we sold the paper to the market. Send to the bookstore,school.office and etc.
USE: The customer use our product for their daily uses and we get profit,people get benefit.
MAINTAINANCE: We always supply the paper to the people and try to maintain the quality and price of the paper.
DISPOSITION: When the paper is not attracted anymore,our company will try to fing another product that customer want and all product we will disposit it.

[creation and receipt] -build up a naturelove company. -open a recycle centre in selected areas; for collecting used papers only. -sent the collected used papers to the factory to process the papers. -post some information about the product towards the people; for publicity.
[distribution] -locate a tele-marketer in the company;to receive orders. -distribute all the product or processed papers to shops,factories,company or any educational centres.
[use] -the papers are now being use by peoples in their daily life. -all of the papers are used in a big quantity every day.
[maintenance] -do observe and maintain the quality of the papers. -when there is reports or complaints about the quality of the papers,collect the papers back for reprocess.
[disposition] -dispose all the papers that are not in good quality or condition. -dispose also the papers that have the lowest order.
