Many things that are posted to the Internet are posted without a copyright notice of any kind. But does this mean they are free to take and use or should you ask permission? Is it safe to assume that if there is no copyright notice, that the content is free?

WE NOT AGREE WITH THIS STATEMENT WHERE IT IS NOT SAFE TO ASSUME THAT IF THERE IS NO COPYRIGHT NOTICE THEN THE CONTENT IS FREE
WHAT WE ALL MEAN IN HERE IS WE CAN GET CAUGHT IF WE SIMPLY DO PLAGIARISM(COPY AND PASTE)BECAUSE THE OWNER MUST HAS REGISTER HIS ARTWORK SO IT HAS BEEN REGISTER AS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.SO IF U DO SIMPLY COPY AND PASTE WITHOUT PERMISSION.U CAN GET SUE FOR U OWN MISTAKE.
SO THE CONCLUSION IS IT NOT SAFE TO DO THE COPYRIGHT ON U OWN BECAUSE THE OWNER OF THE ARTICLE/PROGRAM MUST TIRED OF THIS EVENT

-In our opinion i is safe to copyright because nobody want to sue you.Other than that,when we surfing the internet services,we paid for it.Nowadays,we know that it is so many information,if we muast ask the permission each of the information,it is became hard to get the information.

in our opinion by copying others work is illegal.which mean we are against the copyright act 1987.in that case we are surely can be sue directly or indirectly from the owner of the products.but yet dont u think that if we are asking the permission from the owner dose the owner going to reply u by immediately?no it is not right.it take time by gaining the permission first.and also do they know that their works are getting copy.this is because there is a lot of internet users out there are using the internet.so that they are not easily can notice that we are copying their works except that thing is already been published in the market out there.in that case,we are assume that it is safe to copy others works by put some renovation a little bit on it.i rest me case.

In our opinion,it is not proper to just simply take whatever things without a copyright notice,because it's like stealing others effort whose are trying hard to make their work as a real.And if we insist to take those file,why don't we ask for a permission of the legal owner so we don't look as a thief.Conclusive,we together as a group has made our word that we assume that it's not safe to to take things without a copyright notice and we've not agree on that.Thanks.

We agree with this statement if there is no copyright notice we can assume that content it is free and safe because that content is a information that are needed and useful to the user as long as it not exceed the limit. As a user, we also have the right to use that information for our own. Based of our opinion, information can be shared with everyone without limit and not stated copyright notice on the information. thank you.

Our group have decided that copying information from internet thet is no copyright is free because the content have no owner and nobody can say that the content is his/hers.when there is no copyright,that's mean the content is published for public.we also don't have to ask for the permission because we don't know who is the owner.that's mean the content is free and safe to copy it.thank you.
